you can try out antivir or AVG. Beside this you need some antispyware program like spyware terminator, Lavasoft Ad-Ware which is free.
AVG Anti-Virus Free, I know this is a very strong thing to say but i would say it is one of the Best and Safest on the Net. This is the Only free Anti-Virus i trust to run on My computer. Personally i feel you can never beat the protection of a nice expensive Anti-Virus but if your on a Budget AVG the way to go!
