Then how did you get the virus? If there is a logical answer to that, you can find the removal tool for free on the symantec site. If you dont have the virus and you aint connected to the net, you cant get it in the first place.

You can either buy an AntiVirus program, at the store, install it and run it, or Dowload a free program like AVG, save to HD, copy to CD. Then install it in your computer.
