For the virus I suggest you get McAfee VirusScan from http://www.mcafee.com then update the program and run a scan immediately. For a free alternative try AVG from

Remember to keep your program up-to-date and restart your computer as soon as it has cleaned a virus.

Then to get rid of your spyware download Spybot S%26D from:

and use it to run a scan and clean up your computer. To prevent your computer being infected with spyware in the first place download Windows Defender:

As this has a real-time protection function. Remember to keep both products up-to-date with updates and to restart your computer immediately after each scan.
